Return Policy

Raster Catalog Collection, Clipart Package, Photoframes

If you purchased our Raster Catalog Collections, Clipart Package, or Photoframes you can return it within 14 days of the original purchase date. The product must be returned intact, and for the Raster Catalog Collections and Clipart Package the disc seals must not be broken before the refund will be issued. For the Photoframes to be returned they must be returned unopened and still sealed before a refund will be issued.

Training Books, Training DVD's

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the Training Books or Training DVD's you purchased you can return it within 14 days of the original purchase date. The product must be returned intact, and with out damage before the refund will be issued.

Value Pack Codes, Catalog Package, Extreme Access Pass

If for any reason your are not satisfied with the Value Pack Codes or Catalog Package you can be refunded for your purchase within 14 days if the code has not been used. If the Code has been used to download an image all sales are final.

Credit Card Refunds

All credit card purchases will be refunded back to the original credit card that merchandise was purchased on.

Check Refunds

All check purchases will be refunded 14 days after the original check has cleared; check refunds will be done in the form of a mail check from our Corporate Office.
